Jewelry repair, restoration and re-design is serious business and will be entrusted to our jewelry experts who have the experience and the education to keep your fine jewelry items in top condition or re-design them in a way that reflects your personal style.

We perform a wide variety of jewelry repair and restoration that covers any need you have. From replacing batteries, to putting a new, more user-friendly clasp on a necklace or bracelet, to crafting a complete re-design of a ring or other piece.

Appraisals

Our experienced jewelers will provide a photo and detailed descriptions of your pieces, including accurate stone, metal, and design value, ensuring that your jewelry is valued to its entirety. You will receive two signed copies of your appraisal – one to send to your insurance company and one for your records.

To have your jewelry appraised, you will need to call for an appointment and bring us your jewelry, along with any paperwork that may have come with that jewelry. Our jewelers will clean your jewelry and evaluate each piece individually before developing a detailed report for each piece. Typically the process can take 2-3 business days for thorough cleaning and research of the values of the stones.

Repairs

Even the best made jewelry will require repairs and rebuilding with extended use. We employ craftsmen who are the best in their expertise of repair services, cleaning and maintenance.
